Below is a link to an informal English translation of a Template Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Agreement that has kindly been made available by its authors as a source of inspiration to others. The model agreement (DG 2020) was prepared for use in the Netherlands and needs to be adapted for use in Australia and elsewhere.
